Manage your Sony camcorder video on your computer

"The video and sound play fine in the Sony Digital 8 camcorder playback mode. I'm using Monster Cables (S cable and Audio cable) to connect to a capture device (KWorld unit with S cable and red and white connectors) which connects to the USB port on my desktop. I only get the video, no sound. I've tried Windows Movie Maker, Arc Soft Video Impressions, and Cyberlink Power Producer. All give me the same thing. I selected the USB device for both the video and the audio source, but what else do I need to do? Thanks."

Sony camcorders are a series of professional and prosumer camcorders produced by Sony company. There are many types of Sony camcorder from the standard definition camcorder released on their early stage like Sony DCR or Sony DSR series to some popular high definition camcorders like Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX7V, Sony HDR-CX130, Sony Bloggie MHS-PM5, Sony HDR-SR7 etc
